Communication and concepts
Communicating concepts
Human communication, the process of exchanging signals with the aim of mutual understanding, works primarily through language. During the process of verbal interaction, information is continuously provided by the sender and interpreted by the recipient. The communication process is successful if the delivered message has the anticipated effect on the target group. If misinterpretations occur in the transmission of the message, the failed communication process leaves the recipient in a state of uncertainty or incomprehension.
More understanding and less confusion is the goal of our work. Our philosophy is to listen, to consider, and only then to speak. We value detailed and thorough discussions and dialogue with our clients. Once we understand one another, we can begin to work together.
Quite simply: If we understand one another, we will be able to make ourselves understood.
Communication concepts
Target group specific communication
Every company is involved in a complex system of communication. Communication takes place within the company and externally – and is crucial to outside perceptions of the firm. In addition to purely communicative aims, companies are always pursuing sales targets. A promotional communication policy is more than just an incentive to purchase, it is a process of value transfer, and thus a conversation between sellers and buyers, which continues even after the purchase is made.
Dialogue, not monologue, is an important principle in our work. We do not offer ready-made solutions, but develop an intelligent and appropriate communication strategy together with our clients, which attempts to find the best solution by focusing on the sustainable communication of values. This communication concept helps us to identify where priorities lie. No more, no less!
We simply try to do better, but how easy is that to achieve?
