Corporate Design GeoPark
Logo, office equipment, poster, corporate design manual (CD-Manual)
As a first step towards a corporate design of the GeoPark, a word-picture-mark (logo) was developed. The formal language of the logo alludes to the geological strata within the earth, visualized by horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines. The slightly broken lines within the logo are due to the fact that geological layers always are very diverse.
The three lineaments of the logo represent the three partner regions, which have formed the GeoPark.
The mark as an essential part of the logo identifies the institutions and regional partners. The brand image is in a very dark blue and the word mark has the same color but in reduced pigmentation.
The logo has the function of an umbrella brand and marks the appearance of the GeoPark. Thus, it is decisive for the recognition of the GeoPark.
The CD manual sets the corporate design of the GeoPark in its various applications and declinations. The use of visual constants such as font, color and layout supports the strategy of profiling the Geopark.
